Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Please allow us one to two business days for order processing before dispatching.

SHIPPING

We ship to the areas in the United States only. Please check your address before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location. 

We offer shipping through Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) for all domestic orders placed on our website. Please note, orders fulfilled by Amazon MCF are mainly sent via Amazon Logistics, but other shipping methods such as USPS, UPS, FedEX and DHL may also be used. Once your order has been prepared and finalized for shipping you will receive an email with tracking number confirmation, this information is also available by checking your account and viewing the order status.

We offer free shipping on all shower drain products.

For accessories, we will charge a shipping fee of $5 per order under $40. For an order over $40 (including $40), we will ship it for free.

We only offer Standard Shipping through Amazon MCF as default, which has the following delivery speed: all orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days from an U.S. Domestic Warehouse, and expected to be delivered to your address within 3-5 days after being shipped out. If customers need Expedited (2 business days) and Priority (1 business day) delivery speeds through Amazon MCF, please contact us by email at service@webangstore.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that additional fees may apply.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS

We allow you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

We have the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock: Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When dealing with Webang you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You have the option of pre-paying whereby Webang will include the amount in the price of the order.
