Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@webangstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Damages, Defective, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.  Shipping damages must be noted on the drivers POD (proof of delivery) and reported to service@webangstore.com within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. After 48 hours, it is assumed that your order arrived in perfect condition and that all the correct items were received. If you are planning to install or use the merchandise at a later time, please inspect the item/s within 48 hours and store it safely away. If someone else signs for your order when delivered, it is as if you received the delivery personally and you assume the responsibility. 

Unauthorized Returns and Non-Compliant Returns

If a customer returns the goods without obtaining prior return authorization from us, or if a customer has obtained authorization to return an item but the returned item does not meet the requirements for return, resulting in the warehouse refusing to re-shelve the item, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee from the refund amount. In such cases, the specific amount deducted will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and the associated costs incurred. In serious cases where the returned item is significantly damaged or fails to meet the return requirements, no refund will be issued.

Products/Orders Not Eligible for Return

  • Merchandise shipped back without requesting a return by Email
  • Merchandise over 30 Days from the day you received your order
  • Installed/used merchandise
  • Scratched or dented or in not as new condition
  • Original boxes that have damage or markings on them
  • Custom/Special Order Products or products made to order or fabrication
  • Final sale, Discontinued or Clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping fee will be covered by us if the return is confirmed to be caused by shipping damage, wrong items, or defective items. In this case, orders will be fully refunded. However,  If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.If you decide that you don’t want the merchandise ordered, or you are returning the merchandise due to buyer’s remorse, you must shipped back the item to us fully insured using a trackable shipping method at your expense. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes: $5 delivery charge for orders under $90.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@webangstore.com.

Third-Party Purchases

The above return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you have purchased our products from third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or others, please refer to the respective platform’s return and refund policies. Returns for orders placed on these platforms must be initiated and processed through the original purchase platform. We are unable to directly handle returns or refunds for third-party purchases.
